By playing Hallway Wars, you agree to the following terms:

The Hallway Wars game comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Hallway Wars may not be held responsible for any disruption of service, loss of data, game play malfunction, or other events or conditions that are undesirable to the user, under any circumstances. Hallway Wars makes no guarantees of the quality or consistency of service and is under no obligation to deliver such service.

Hallway Wars reserves the right to ban, suspend, delete, or modify accounts at any time for any or no reason.

AWARD OF PRIZES
At the beginning of each round, the start dates, end dates, and prizes for that round are announced. The "winner" of the round is determined by the player's position in the rankings at the end of the round. Prizes will be awarded within seven days of the end of the round. The in-game activities of the winning player are subject to audit and review to protect against fraud. Any win found to be attained through fraudulent means will NOT have the prize for that round awarded, and the fraudulent account will be banned. The prize money for that round will not be awarded, but will be rolled over to the next round's purse. Determinations of fraud are made by the site administrators. If the winning account is deemed to be fraudulent, this decision may be appealed once. The ultimate decision will be made soley by the administrators of the site, and that decision is final.

Cash prizes are awarded by PayPal ONLY. Please be sure you have a PayPal account in good standing. If you do not have an account, sign up for one now. If the winner of the round does not have a PayPal account, the prize will be held for 30 days. If, after 30 days, the winner can still not claim his prize, the prize will be forfeit for that round and rolled over into the next round's purse. Prizes are non-transferrable.

EARLY TERMINATION OF ROUNDS
In rare circumstances, it may be neccesary to terminate a round before the scheduled end date. In this case, no prize will be awarded, and the prize for that round will be rolled over into the next round's purse. The decision to terminate a round early is soley that of the site administrators, and no players may make any prize claims.
